We pride ourselves on providing best practice in our end to end service. Here’s what to expect from us during the quoting process and beyond.

Step 1.

You will receive an email / sms from one of our friendly solar consultants with a useful information pack. We will require a reply email / text with a photo of your meter box opened from a meter away and a recent electricity bill attached.

Step 2.

One of our friendly solar consultants will let you choose a preferred time slot and will be in contact with a phone call to educate you on solar and put together a battery proposal, specifically designed for your individual situation.

Step 3.

Should you like our offer we send one of our own in house employed solar installers to complete a site inspection including roof measurement before asking for a deposit

Step 4.

Post site visit you will speak to your solar consultant to confirm all details and understanding prior to installation. This is the point we will request a 10% deposit and signature along with submitting all relevant paper work on your behalf for your new digital meter so you get paid solar feed in tariff

Step 5.

Post installation you will maintain your relationship with your initial solar consultant to run through your solar system monitoring app and any other questions you have
